Brooklyn Fare Alum to Open New Restaurant

Starting next week, reservations are open for Chef Samuel Clonts’ – formerly of three Michellin-starred spot Brooklyn Fare – new tasting restaurant. The restaurant currently only has eight bar stools for two seatings a night. The cost of the tasting is $200 per person and features seasonal ingredients.
