Blue Apron – likely America’s most visible meal delivery service – filed an IPO last week. Because the company is seeking to go public, many people are getting their first look under the hood of the meal delivery giant. Eater has put together a list of some of the most interesting tidbits from the filing, which you can view here.

Moving away from their usual line of work, Smorgasburg co-founders Eric Demby and Jonathan Butler are opening a restaurant in Dumbo. Come late August, Harborcoat will open at 66 Water Street, though that’s about as far as the two have gotten.
