La Toulousaine Bakery is reall a great bakery. I just want to say your blog has taught me allot. I try to visit every week to see new updates you might have. Thanks and keep up the good work!
Thank you so much Erica for your support. I’m planning to make a trip up there within the next week– any favorites I should try?
I love La Toulousaine…everytime I feel that I am going back home!!!! My favorites are pain au chocolat, coffee eclair, paris-brest, fruit tarts…so much to choose from…I can’t wait to taste the bread when they will start make it! I brought a fruit tart ( pear and almond) to a dinner party last week and it was big success!!!! I am going to order a new tart for Easter!
Pear + Almond = A Perfect Match! I tried this fruit tart myself and loved it. I haven’t tried anything else yet but will make a mental note for the coffee eclair.
