Milk Production Is On The Rise

Milk production in the U.S. is steadily increasing each month and has been, consistently, for 17 months. Last month alone, the smallest increase to date since March 2010, production was up by 1.4% (15.4 billion pounds) in 23 of the milk-producing states.
