Panera Bread’s Pay-What-You-Want concept has finally reached the casual dining scene as Jon Bon Jovi opens Soul Kitchen with the same concept.
The idea is diners who can pay would pay the suggested minimum donation and for those who can’t, they can volunteer time at the restaurant to pay for their meal
