That Tot Spot dedicated to tater tots is now open on Saturdays at Williamsburg’s Artists & Fleas Market

Tater tots are paired with special recipe spices and sauce. The team at That Tot Spot suggested picks are Bacon Spiced Tots with Bourbon Spiked Ketchup, Cajun Spiced Tots with Red Island Sauce or Crab Spiced Tots with Crabby Mayo. Sounds delicious!
That Tot Spot is located at 70 N 7th Street between Kent and Wythe Avenue

Smorgasburg also re-opens this weekend but without the spirits

After recent efforts to allow local beer, wine and spirits to be hosted at the market, Brooklyn Flea
co-founder Eric Demby recently showed the local Community Board a 10-page petition signed by local residents who support having wine and spirits at the market.
Community Board 1 will decide on Smorgasburg’s liquor license on April 17th

All Things Good, a multi-specialty market, will feature various food vendors in a 2,200 square foot space

Good things are definitely happening in Tribeca as this market will sell consumer favorites like Nunu Chocolates, Blue Bottle Coffee, Blue Marble Ice Cream, Dickson’s Farmstand Meats and more. All Things Good market is planned to open this June/July with a restaurant on the lower level to follow.
All Things Good is located on 102 Franklin Street between W. Broadway and Church Street

Ninth Street Espresso expands into old Life Cafe space

Life Cafe is closing up shop after a dispute about repairs with the landlord. Ninth Street Espresso’s small “annex” cafe is looking to move into half of space since patrons have been requesting the need for an expanded coffee bar. The 500 sq. ft. shop, located at 341 E. 10th Street, plans to
expand to 900 sq. ft.
With the expansion, Ninth Street Espresso will acquire the backyard garden once owned by

Whole Foods is officially coming to Williamsburg

The all-cash transaction for 242 Bedford Avenue (at N. 4th Street) closed this week Monday. The space will feature Whole Foods and a New York Sports Club on the ground floor with luxury apartments above. With the remaining retail space of 30,000 square feet, there are talks of Sephora being close to signing a lease and Brooklyn Heights Pizza in development.
