Lettuce food recall

Cantaloupes are just the beginning of produce recalls. Shredded and chopped lettuce, distributed to food service wholesalers in 19 states and Canada, gets added to the list.
California producer, True Leaf Farms, recalls 2,498 cartons of chopped and shredded lettuce for fears of listeria contamination. The Use-by-date is “9/29/11” with a bag/box code reading “B256-46438-8”
