Roaming Acres might be moving from the
Tri-State Area
Roaming Acres, an ostrich farm located in Andover, N.J., will not be is its current location for much longer. Todd Appelbaum, the owner of the 7-year old farm, has decided not to renew the lease after several complaints from neighbors of damages caused by the ostriches. In hopes of finding a new location close to the expanding greenmarket in New York City, Todd is currently seeking a new location in New Jersey before his current lease expires at the end of September. The farm also raises Berkshire pigs and emus.
