Their success… Frozen yogurt meets fresh yogurt. This Park Slope hormone and antibiotic-free milk yogurt shop that opened April 2011 was the mastermind of co-founder Jenny Ammirati, who completed her externship at Bouchon Bakery. They produce all product on site from scratch in their “Yogurt Room.” Their are three options to eat your yogurt; greek, frozen and drink-ready.

Their success… Redefining the health-conscious with a dairy and gluten-free frozen treat. Soft Serve Fruit Co consists of only three ingredients in their product: seasonal fruit, water and cane sugar. The frozen fruit product comes out of traditional fro-yo machine that is paired with over 24 toppings.

Their success… A new way of making cookie dough–in ice cream. Owners, Jennifer and Jonathan saw a void to be filled when it came to the art of cookie dough and decided to dedicate time into mastering their craft at the Penn State Ice Cream School and their concept was born. The natural cookie dough, which is made from scratch daily, is paired with organic hand-made ice cream flavors such as Peanut Butter, Cinnamon, Fresh Mint and more.
