Farmers will have to see a veterinarian first before giving any type of antibiotic to their animals. Antibiotics have been used by farmers to help grow bigger animals but people who eat these animals over a long period of time have become resistant to antibiotic treatments when sick due to a bacteria buildup. The inability to treat people with antibiotics has caused 99,000 deaths each year.
