Midtown business owners and members of the 34th Street Partnership seek to start a campaign to get street food cart vendors out– with an exception of one or two

Dan Biederman, President and Co-Founder of 34th Street Partnership, sees the food carts an inconvenience to business owners stating that they clutter the streets and create litter. Vendors like Wafels and Dinges and the Fruit-n-Juice are the exceptions to the rule as Midtown business owners think that their carts blend in well with the scenery.
Food cart vendors express that they provide people with access to affordable alternatives and that New York City is known for the traditional food cart stand. What do you think?
